How long does it take to set up an online store?
Basic setup can be completed in as little as a few minutes, including registration, choosing an industry template, listing your first product, and enabling payment methods.
Do I need technical skills to set up a store?
Is EasyCart suitable for me?
EasyCart is designed for all types of Hong Kong merchants, including SMEs, individual sellers, merchants upgrading from Facebook or Instagram shops, and new businesses across all industries. The platform is easy to use with no technical background required.
Do I need a Business Registration to open an online store?
EasyCart does not require a Business Registration to sign up. However, under Hong Kong's Business Registration Ordinance, anyone operating a business in Hong Kong (including online businesses) is generally required to apply for Business Registration. Please refer to the Inland Revenue Department website or consult a professional for details.
How many products can I list on EasyCart?
Unlimited. EasyCart does not restrict the number of products you can list, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes.
How long is the free trial? Is a credit card required?
Can I migrate from another platform?

Are there any hidden fees?
No. EasyCart charges a flat monthly fee of HK$488 with 0% sales commission, no system maintenance fees, and no hidden charges. All features are available from day one.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The monthly plan is HK$688/month. The annual plan is HK$488/month (HK$5,856/year), saving approximately 29%. Both plans include identical features.
How much does EasyCart cost?
Does EasyCart charge commission?
All order revenue goes directly to you — you only pay a fixed monthly fee.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Does the storefront work on mobile and desktop?
Yes. EasyCart storefronts automatically adapt to mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. No separate design is needed — customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience on any device.
Can I customise the design and content of my online store?
Yes. EasyCart provides a drag-and-drop editor that allows you to freely modify your storefront — including banner images, colours, fonts, and product display layouts. No coding knowledge is required. Changes can be previewed in real time before publishing.
Does EasyCart support multiple languages?
Yes. EasyCart supports Traditional Chinese, English, and Simplified Chinese. SEO keywords and descriptions can be configured separately for each language version.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can start immediately with a free EasyCart URL, purchase a new domain directly through the platform, or connect your own existing domain. All options are set up automatically with no technical knowledge required.
Payments
What payment methods does EasyCart support?
EasyCart supports 10+ local payment methods, including PayMe, FPS (Faster Payment System), credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, and Octopus.
Are there additional fees for accepting payments?
EasyCart does not charge additional payment fees. Transaction fees charged by individual payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayMe for Business) are subject to each provider's own terms.
Can I sell to customers outside Hong Kong?
Yes. EasyCart supports multi-currency display and international credit card payments. In addition to pre-integrated local logistics providers, merchants can also set up custom shipping methods and international shipping rates to serve customers in any market.

Which logistics providers does EasyCart support?
EasyCart integrates directly with SF Express, SF Express Cold Chain, HongKong Post, and JDL (JD Logistics), with automatic shipping rate calculation and real-time tracking. Merchants can also set up custom shipping methods to suit their specific business needs.
Can I set a free shipping threshold?
Yes. You can customise shipping rules, such as offering free shipping above a set order amount, or setting different rates for different regions.
Does EasyCart support self-pickup?
Yes. You can enable a self-pickup option, allowing customers to collect their orders at no shipping cost — ideal for merchants with a physical location or local customer base.
