This page explains how to delete your EasyCart account and personal data, operated by LET IT CONNECT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (BR No. 71985546). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. How to delete your account

Account deletion is fully self-service from inside the Platform — pick whichever you use:

You'll be asked to confirm, and may optionally tell us your reason for leaving (not required). Once you submit, the request goes straight into our internal admin queue — there's no need to email us.

Permanent and irreversible. Deleting your account permanently removes all store data — orders, customers, products, and subscriptions — and cannot be recovered. If you have any in-flight orders or active subscriptions, please settle or cancel them before submitting the request.

2. Timeline

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.

3. What we delete

Your profile, store content, support history, device tokens, and Platform activity tied to you are deleted or irreversibly anonymized from active production systems. Backups are overwritten in the ordinary course of rotation.

4. What we may keep (and why)

We keep only what the law requires or allows, and only for as long as needed:

5. End-customers of merchants

If you placed an order on a storefront hosted on EasyCart, the merchant is the data controller — please contact them directly. EasyCart processes that data on the merchant's behalf and can't delete it without their instruction. See Privacy Policy §3.
